Places to wear perfume The usual places to wear perfume are at the wrists and the neck of the body. From there women started to spray a small squirt into their hair to make them appear sexier to the opposite sex and from that point, perfume wearing in the usual places become somewhat of a thing of the past.
These days it is more important for a girl to wear her favorite perfume on her pulse points such as the wrist, neck and then the more unusual places such as ankles, back of the knees and also between the breasts. It was once reported that wearing perfume lower down on the body is a better idea as the heat travels upwards so women started to squirt a little perfume on their ankles and also their knees for a better effect. This can also work as an effective way to prevent using so much of the expensive liquid, especially if you have a costly classic such as Chanel No. 5!
The areas of the body in which the veins are closer to the surface, the wrists being a prime example, is a great place to wear perfume as the blood pumping closer to the skin not only warms it up and makes it appear stronger but also because it is activated by the movement. You should try not to rub your wrists together however as this can crush the scent somewhat and distort it.
Although women may wear their perfumes in many different places – some in the hair, some on the wrists and some on their stomachs, it is down to each individual person to work this out for themselves. You want to feel sexy and seductive so experimenting with a few different places is the best way to work out which works better for you.
