Men's
colognes are as popular
as women's perfume. The
way we smell is an
important part of attracting others. Men's colognes are constructed in
such a way that men can feel confident of smelling fresh, interesting and
masculine in any situation. Cologne
is produced for men using natural scents from citrus, woody,
musk, and spicy fragrances.

Some of the best men's colognes on the market.

Some
men have been known to use cologne
in place of aftershave, but doing this can clog skin pores. The difference
between mens cologne and
aftershave is that men's colognes contain 2% to 5% fragrance oils, whilst
aftershave contains around 1% to 3%. Aftershave also includes cooling
agents such as Aloe Vera and alcohol for closing up the skins pores opened by
the hot water.  Aftershave lasts only up to two to three hours where as men's cologne can last up
to twice as long.

Andon
cologne by Joven is a
classic dry woods composition, using the fragrances of fresh green, citrus,
sandalwood, patchouli, civet, musk, ambergris, castoreum and the pheromone
andronstenol, where the name andron is derived from. Another popular cologne is
from the Nicole Miller
perfume
range for men.

Armani cologne is a clean
citrus scent with notes of lavander, bergamot, cedar, clove, nutmeg and
patchouli. Suggested use is in the evening. Armani men's colognes
include Aqua di Gio best for summer days. Armani Mania, Black Code, and
Emporio Armani, suggested use is for the daytime at the office or for business
meetings. Hugo Boss men's colognes include Hugo for men, Dark Blue
Hugo for men, Hugo Boss Baldessarini and Hugo Boss Boss.  Donna Karen
men's colognes include
Be Delitious with fragrances of coffee and jasmine added. DKny men and
